Constructive Dismal

Good Day, All I'm going to say is that the CCMA SA works with the man called "Michael Smith", who ****s people. I have been ****med R11, 000 in April 2021. My former employer "Jetline E. Com payed him that money instead of paying it into my bank account as they said I have agreed to an agreement that I do not even know off. When I reported the matter to the CCMA, they told me to go look for the guy because I'm the one who allowed this to happen. Whereas they accepted my documents from him and took my case.. My question is... Why do they keep accepting cases from this guy if they do not work with him and if they do not know him??? They failed to answer that question.

It's now been four months since I was forced to resign at work due to being harassed by one of my former colleague whom he still got his job because he was NEVER disciplined nor suspended because the company did not take any interest in solving the matter as employers,maybe because I'm a female. Sad part I've worked for that company for 12 years.
