CCMA useless and reportedly *******

You must try and make a zero to negative rating. They don't deserve any star.

Case lodged with them two years ago and no response to case about a date for arbitration. Colleagues suggested that employers buy off CCMA, which is certainly not the purpose envisioned by Mandela.

Given state capture it would be surprising to find them unsuliied.

The point is: Don't waste your time with this useless office. Black people are treated as fodder by white employees and CCMA colludes with this. It is appalling.
