CCMA unfair case

Please help me I'm very frustrated with service I got from CCMA Richard's Bay about case I opened for my former employer. I went to CCMA to open the case for my employer who fired me unfairly, I was welcomed I stated my case to the commissioner and she wanted to know why did I take this long to report the case I stated my reasons as there was a case we were going through with my employer at court after that case I was then referred to CCMA she the commissioner seems to be fine with my reasons she filed our case and the called me and my employer to come for the case but he didn't not come waited with the commissioner nothing then I was told that the find him I have wait for thier I waited then lockdown happened then after level 4 they opened when I did the follow up they told that they sent me the letter for the feedback I told them that I did not get the letter they said I can come to get the copy when I went I found that the commissioner dismissed my case she is now saying she was not certified with my reasons for opening this case I very angry disappointed and this treatment I got from this commissioner why was I leaded on the first place why did it come to the point when she calling us and respondent do not come then instead of dealing with the respondent who failed the law by not coming for the case that he was called no they dismiss my I find that happened unfairly to me I was using money to go for this case that I was leaded on if I was told that from the beginning when I stated my reason I would understand but no the commissioner leaded on for nothing I feel like I'm looked down upon how is South Africa help the employee that was treated unfairly by the employer if CCMA as well do the same please help to allocate my complain to the right department to help
