Ccma uncer*****y if they are helpful or not

I hav a case with the Ccma that has been on going for some time now for my outstanding salary with my ex-employee(Multu assist 247 Financial Services). I've been attending all hearings alone till the award/ruling was in my favor but ever since than I've been doing follow ups myself about the total amount to be paid bt I've not being entairtened by my ex-employee. To some point where I've liased with the Ccma but still have to wait for a hearing date again where I'll be attending alone I'm sure. Was hoping for what's owed to be settled by now but my expenses have been building & the respondent(multi Assist) has not been replying to my follow up emails about payment. One feels alone even though he involved the Ccma in the matter
