CCMA taking a bribe?

CCMA Durban - through out a case by employees where it was very clear the employer was at fault - no payment of wages for 4 months due to 'short time' and now employees told to go back to work with no financial recourse and face being victimized. We are convinced that the CCMA have taken a bribe from the employer - now just trying to gather the information and then we are going public.
