Hi @CCMA, I attended conciliation and the employer said they will only afford to pay me for only one month. I was unfairly dismissed. Again they said they will not write dismissal on my service certificate but they will write End of contract....

Today I have received U19 showing it was End of Employment yet the first that was issued showed dismissal. I am honestly not happy about this. I did sign that I accept what they were offering but I am not entirely happy, one month salary is too little. If they know they unfairly dismissed me what is the point of lying and saying End of contract if they confidant it was OK to dismiss me. Is this all Legal? Changing status from Dismal to End of Contract
