Ccma poor service

Since 29th July 2019 I've been trying to get my payment from the company a.k.a Emryn Wealth Pty whom I took to the CCMA for unfair dismissal and non compensation for 4months. After enforcing payment and following the procedure which was laid out to both parties by the CCMA and the signed agreement, I still haven't received payment and the person responsible for assisting me with the case known as Andiswa Nolakana and the Senior case manager/officer known as Redashnie Hurribans is still not corresponding from their side. They are never available when I call for feedback on the progress of the case. I've never experienced poor service like this and they take poor service delivery to a next level. I'm beyond disappointed
