Ccma Pmb disappointing

Worst experience at CCMA pietermaritzburg... Are the companies paying off the commissioners???

Had a case from last year at ccma pmb, case went to arbitration.. the company didn't pitch up on both events. I was called in for less then 10 minutes to explain my reasoning with the commissioner checking his watch as if he was late to be somewhere else. I've worked for the company a further 1 week which to me by law I should be paid for ,the commissioners didn't think so! He handed the award to the company, he didn't check my proof that I had present with me , he called the company without me being present, to my knowledge we were NOT supposed to be in contact with the commissioners. That's my reason to think people are getting paid off to close cases. It was like a total waste of time going to ccma pmb , I had a valid case with valid evidence which was thrown away , told me if I'm not happy with the out come I must go to labour court and pay all the expenses and cost to get the case reinstated .. very disappointing
