CCMA NOT RESPONDING!!!!

Contacted Kimberley Branch numerous times in the past few weeks, NO ANSWER! Sent head office emails weeks ago, no response!!!!! The closest office is almost 500km away! How am I suppose to sort out issues if there is no form of communication???? This is ridiculous!!!! Someone need to contact me ASAP because this is unacceptable!!!
