CCMA NOT GIVING REQUIRED ASSISTANT TO THE EMPLOYEES

i took my case of 5 months non payment by my employer and we had a set down of the 26th of January 2021 which the employer did not attend and was called by the Commissioner and which agreed on the allegations and promised to pay me on 3 months which he was supposed to start on the 15th of February. he was sent settlement agreement by the Commissioner but after that did not take calls nor sign and return the settlement agreement. when I called the commissioner for the feedback on the case He said there will be an arbitration. after 3 weeks of waiting I decided to go to the Johannesburg Offices where the case was reported to look for the commissioner and the only answer he gave me is I must wait for the message which I still have not received. wrote an email to the office manager and was not responded to.
