Ccma non responsive

I have a case with the ccma and have won the case against my employer.I have also completed a section 143 against employer as I am currently unemployed and have been waiting on feedback for process.No one at the ccma knows how long this will take nor have they responded to my mails.I wrote an email to the CCMA complaints and till now have not received any response as yet.I am currently in a struggle to communicate as I do not have the resources to due to money.I have been ignored and I went to the CCMA for a labour dispute that has left me off work but since the beginning of this year I have not been employed as I was unfairly dismissed by employer.Opened the case in January 2018 with ccma and till this day I am still in the dark.I need to know how long the process will take and no one has responded to me as yet.Would you kindly assist with this
