CCMA Johannesburg not there to help you

The worst experience I have ever had. The commissioner bul**** and intimidated me from the beginning of the hearing. It felt like he sided with the company I was having the dispute with. Are CCMA not suppose to help employees that was done wrong by their employers? I have lost all trust in their system.
