CCMA George Arbitrator - NO Justice!!!

I had to attend an arbitration hearing as a witness (customer) at the CCMA in George for an ex-worker of a shop in George. After all the testimony against the employer (who was in the wrong) was given by myself AND a current employee as well as the ex-worker, the outcome was in favour of the employer. In my opinion the arbitrator (blond lady) was biased (for the employer) and even asked the employee if she didn't want to settle outside of the hearing as the arbitrator thought she was just disobedient according to the employer. She was treated as if she was a child - very condescending!!! Further more the employer also harassed her for some time before the hearing as she was shaking when I (the witness - aka customer of the establishment) arrived there. In my opinion the CCMA of George is not doing their job accurately and they are wasting everyones time with their so-called 'hearings' as they mean nothing. No wonder employees and customers don't always report abusive behaviour by employers. Just falls on the deaf ears of the CCMA. Please, stop wasting everyones time!!!
