CCMA DURBAN

Disgusted with the service at ccma Durban I a case against my former company Urban Lifestyle Rewards however have heard nothing from ccma regarding my case. It's been 1 month now nothing no one called regarding my case, no update not even an email. When I call their landline number it continuously rings no answer. Are any human soul there because no one answers how is that so??why are government employees like this? Ccma is the worse man no service delivery from thoses employees
