CCMA don't respond to my dismissal

Firstly I app**** for unfair dismissal case, they allowed the employer to object conarb, which is right, during the consolidation I represented my case, then we had disagreement with the employer on the 31December 2020 and same day I app**** for arbitration week pass no confirmation, So I phone the CCMA to followup then they tell me I app**** on the 6th bt don't have date yet which is not true I made application on the 31/12, So on the 12th Jan I put the case again, So my problem is I don't c any progress and even today no sign that I did apply or my case is given attention, iv tried to phone many times even went to their face book no answers I am getting, I was fired by employer with only few days pay received no documents that I can give to creditors as a proof that I am no longer working, I had bad Christmas even today I can't pay my accounts soon my kids go to school and I still don't have cent, I did nothing wrong even at work to suffer like this, please find somebody who can assist
