CCMA commisioner working for Game

Dear Mr Chetty. Firstly I wish to apologise that I did not come back to you about this issue on time.<br> I did brought it to the attention of the commissioner and she was strongly reprimanded for her behaviour and hopefully it will not happen again as she undertook. I also wish to take this opportunity to formally apologise on behalf of CCMA for what you experience on the day with the commissioner. This email ce from commisioner Willie Hlope after the above mentioned commisioner refused to hear my case at ccma. She even went as far as to tell me my witnesses mean nothing to her. Even after trying to submit a doctors note stating that I was ill. If I was guilty why would she be reprimanded. If she was doing her job the way us taxpayers pay her too why was she reprimanded. She messed up my case now I have to be stuck with the long process of Labour court and because of her I cannot find a job. Most Indian store managers at game kzn were demoted and replaced by white managers. To place them Game had to get rid off the sales managers and I was one of them. They are doing it in the open and now it seems some ccma commisoners work for them as well. <br>
