Ccma chooses to drag on and on

My complaint was logged 14 July 2020. To date I have not been assisted. After my previous employer failed to attend the conciliation meeting, the lady handling the case referred it for arbitration. This was in September or so last year. She told us there would be delays due to the bottom floor being closed off. We patiently waited until November. We called ccma and was told that the forms were not sent through for arbitration like we were told. Thereafter Thobeka Nyawuza and Femeda Ebrahim was supposedly handling both my husband and my cases. I send these women constant emails and they keep saying my form is incomplete yet not stating what exactly is missing or which section. They reply after 3 days to a week per email I send to them. I have resent my arbitration docs over and over again but there is still no response. Lots of huge companies have got rid of staff due to the pandemic, especially where my employer has given me a contract where retrenchment is not allowed. My unfair dismissal case is just dragging on with no attention. Ccma staff have their jobs atleast. Here we are jobless and still trying to get justice for the bad treatment but you refuse to help! Maybe you should sort your old cases before the new ones.

They finally rep****. But say its delayed and want me to complete additional and original forms to motivate why my forms were delayed. Yet they sent me forms late...a whole 4 months later! I emailed the forms to them within 90 days. They received my forms but rep**** almost 2 months later to say my form is incomplete, yet it is their responsibility to let me know once they receive forms. Its almost like nobody wants to accept accountability for their lack of work and now we are left here to suffer on our own! Absolutely no sense of responsibility.
