Ccma cases you would swear the take bribery they not supporting employees at all even when the companies are at fault they side with companies with out providing proper mediation processes I had a case with the Company till the case lead to arbitration the feedback out comes from the commissioner doesn't align with what we were discussing you'd swear they is a bribery given no justice at all for employees aspecially in the current economic state, it's concern as we don't know where to liaise our complains at no fair resolution nor fair outcomes
