CCMA CAPE TOWN

They do not check to see if there was a settlement reached before,we had to go to CCMA Cape town with one off our workers that claimed he did not get his leave pay witch we could show that it was done,and that the worker was paid in full up to when he was dismissed in April of this year,now the same worker is going back to them with the same claim just now he wants Leave pay from were he was dismissed up to the end of this year 2024,just know he was paid what was due to him but now he thinks he can get money after he is not working for our company anymore. We maild the CCMA in Cape town but they just don't care they just ignore your email's they have settled this matter on 15 May 2024 and now we have to go there again just because a ex employee off us think he is in the wright to clame leave pay even if he is not working for us. CCMA do not check to see if any person was there before and they do not even try to contact you to here your side they entertain people that think they can do just what they want,they don't care abourlt work hours that are lost of you traveling to there office or the emotional stress they put you as a company throug. In my experience they just entertain a circus and non of the worker there have any idea what they are doing at all.
