CCMA award

Hi

I'm in great need of legal assistance against my employer. I just mysteriously lost a CCMA case which was clearly favourable to me. I need to take the matter to court but I don't know the ropes and I don't think I can afford the costs.

I feel like the *****ed commissioners that are working for CCMA are only here to push their own agendas. After a case that practically went on for the whole two years, with absolutely crazy reasons for absenteeism by the respondents and the company initiator abandoning the case in the middle of cross examination, the commissioner still found it fitting to ignore all the submitted evidence in favour of the employer. This kind of attitude really needs to be addressed, more especially with the current picture of unemployment stats in our country. I am so angry and disappointed, I feel like naming and shaming this ******* commissioner. I am in deep financial strain at the moment and I have that fool to thank. He will pay for the poverty that he just subjected by children to!!!
