CASE STILL HANGING WITH NO ASSISTANCE

How does one get hold of these ccma ppl,I'm struggling for months now ever since my case has been handed to them last year June,then I explained every last detail to the lady their and she made a tick where she thought was applicable,only to find out at the hearings it's the wrong block ticked and I had to start all over again but now I got a case no...and ever since I cnt get hold of anyone to assist me with the new case
