Case M,A Ramotso(***) vs Metsimaholo

I have lodged an unfair labour practice for victimization and harassment by the municipality manager of Metsimaholo at the CCMA ,Free State region .I went through conciliation and received a non resolution certificate .I referred the matter to Arbitration . The decision of the commissioner was that he wont be able to arbitrate the matter as my threshold does not allow him unless if two parties agree that he arbitrate .The employer representative mentioned that she does not have the mandate ,the matter can be referred to labour court .The sitting was recorded. To my surprise when the matter was suppose to be enrolled at the labour court my lawyer mentioned that I don't have prospects of success ,even with the documents that I have .My grievance was basically amended without my knowledge by the CCMA .It went from harassments and victimization to being an unfair ************** matter . I submitted all the documents to my lawyer who eventually sent an email to CCMA to enquire about why my matters had been changed and they said that's how they do things . Please assist me as I don't have enough money for a review application .Relief sort :That the CCMA Free State region give us a referral letter of harassments and victimization and sign the condonation I am still being harassed and victimized . I suspect foul play here so please do assist
