Bad treatment gave by commissioner CCMAJHB

I fail to understand why we have being treated so bad I went to Ccma on the 05.11 .2020 to lay my complain about my dismissal when I arrived there I was harassed by commissioner ,that guy did even want to hear my story he told me I must just forget if I think I’m going to win the case I must just take whatever company is going to offer first this khoza guy dint wanted to hear my story or know my problem I was hurt I thought Ccma is there to help people I was wrong , Eoh Hr come back and ask me that they want to change my status from dismissal to retrenchment . I surve this company for 12 years but I was treated bad because I was sick , Samsung. I was doing your work for that 12 years we getting bad treatment from Eoh and you say nothing about it
