Bad treatment

Hi Peter

Last year I was unfairly dismissed to my work place and I went to CCMA they didn’t pitch. I got a reward of 5month and they cancelled its again.

This year we got another date for the 1st of April 2021 I did not like the way comissioner treated me. She was so negative and discouraging about the case and I was not given enough time to explain or to talk and the company that I was working for was given more time than me at some point I felt as if it’s was their case not mine.

They provided a **** Resignation letter and the dismissal letter and commissioner told me that I must go to labour coart while we were still in the coat and yet it’s true because the company won the case.

I’m very disappointed on how commissioner treats employers as if they get bribes it’s so unfair, not happy at all the way that commissioner treated me she was doing the case to finish and not showing any interest on my side. She was taking sides and she’s a part time commissioner.

I believe that CCMA it’s a place were employers must feel safe and welcome because we not going there for funny.
