No Delivery after paying by credit card

Please could you help. On Friday 23rd November 2018 I purchased a set of Ceramic Non-stick Cookware. Set of 14/Turquoise. I received a reply from this company thanking me for my order and saying it would be shipped. To date I have still not received my order and they do not answer any emails. The order number is 3486. This order was paid by credit card. I do have a copy of the email that was sent to me from them. Please could you help me try and trace this order urgently.
