Unpaid wages lack of response from HR

I am extremely disappointed with the way my resignation and final payment have been handled.

I resigned from CCI and was subsequently informed by HR that the company would not be paying me because I did not fulfil the notice period. HR specifically stated that the company “reserves the right to withhold any monies due” in relation to the notice period.

I then requested a copy of my employment contract so that I could understand the contractual basis for this decision. Despite following up repeatedly, I have still not received the contract. I have also followed up with HR again today and received no response.
