CCI unable to provide a service.

A lady by the name of Megan phoned to do an MTN upgrade. I agreed but when the phone was delivered, thumb print verification failed and they returned the phone. I immediately cancelled the upgrade, and a week later when trying to do the upgrade instore, it was blocked because the upgrade had not been cancelled. I will not be paying my mtn account untill they have cancelled this upgrade. It is that simple. Thanks for nothing Megan. You should be ashamed.
