<p>No customer service at all! Team leader Reinhard Vurden, responsible for his team when dealing with upgrades, is just as *********** as his superior Neil Hodges. Does not return numerous phone calls, ignores emails although read, and loads of empty promises! Shame on you! I will take my business elsewhere!</p>
