Upgrade or downgrade....?

<p>We received a call to upgrade our uncapped wifi with mtn....they offered us 20 gig 4G LTE....we thought that the person was from mtn.....</p> <p>The lady said that we could cancel within 14 days after receiving our contract....we still haven't received any contract or new sim card....only hassles with the wifi connection.....we try to phone mtn to cancel the contract...just to hear they can't do it.....</p> <p>I strongly feel that it is mtn's responsibility to go through the headache to try and cancel this contract as the only contract that I have is with them....</p> <p> </p>
