Untruthful Agents

<p>I was called and made to believe that I am speaking to an MTN employee and offered to do my upgrade conveniently over the phone - First lie. The person works for CCI</p> <p>I was told they have stock of the device I wanted and delivery will be within 2 weeks - Second lie. No stock</p> <p>I was told by increasing my monthly payment by approximately R80 I would receive a free 7" Tab - Third lie. </p> <p>So as these calls are recorded why dot the powers at be not listern to the agent's call to me and come back to me. I cannot even get them on the phone to follow up on investigation. Call gets cut off all the time</p>
