Unhappy customer, want to terminate contract immediately.

I entered into a contract with the CCI SA for a Huawei Router and 2 Telkom sim cards. If my mind serves me well, myself and their Laura Pillay agreed it was a one year contract. The lady didn't even check for coverage. I have never enjoyed the benefits of using this Router from last year May as there's no Telkom coverage in our area. Went to Telkom offices to enquire and they informed me that its a 24 months contract and there's absolutely nothing they can do with coverage. I have been paying for the services I'm not using and when I ask the CCI SA call centre agent by they name of Zama to terminate my contract since I'm not benefiting she tells me that there's nothing they can do to assist me and she advised me to go to Telkom offices or call their helpline. I can not be going around in circles, I'm not happy. Kindly assist me with immediate termination of contract, I can't continue to pay another 11 months for the services I'm not even utilizing.
