CCI misleads and messes with emotions of the youth of South Africa, giving them training and not employing you after the candidates pass their sign off's, this is against what the South African government is working towards, the government is working on employing the youth of South Africa and CCI is messing with their heads giving them false hope. my niece was "employed" by CCI South Africa she did all the tasks and passed all assessments and on the day of the sign off's she had to rush because someone close to her had met an accident and her team leader said she can go before she even asked, so team leader said she can go and she will do the sign off's some other day and they never made her do the sign off's till the day of the launch of the IAG campaign launched 21 January 2019 and she was deemed *********** because of the sign off's her team leader never made her do, the question here is who's fault is is? or was she sent off so that some one else, maybe team leaders friend to take her position? this did nit just happen to my niece but a whole group of young ones and they were kept there the whole day told not to leave and the reason why they were kept there was to put up a front for their client since they were launching.... how long till we act on all these institutions that mess with our youth's self esteem, what will it take for this to be stopped, be it a state entity or not but you do not mess with "youth employment" this is a very sensitive economical issue and CCI South Africa - AIG Campaign will continue doing this until someone does something about this and i am not going to stop here, i will make sure that this is known. do not take people for granted just because you know they need jobs.
