Telling Modem via CCISA under false information given causes end of problems.

<p>This company contacted via cell and asked me if I would like a Telkom modem for R 100.00 +- per month which was sent to me. That month TELKOM deducted an amount of my cheque account of R R746.34 which I reversed, phoned, complained to both CCISA &Telkom and after the case was investigated they phoned me to inform me that they understood why I had been misled and the modem was returned with both sim cards in the original packaging and the contract had supposedly been cancelled. This modem was returned via the courier they sent in August 2016. Today Telkom again deducted an amount of R 878.34. I lost it phoned CCISA & was placed in a conference call with Telkom. They can see the contract has been cancelled but it will take 62-he's for the money to be reimbursed to me. Please don't accept any item via this company as you will just have problems like I am having.</p>
