Samsung S7 handset replacement...

I keep on getting the same reason in that the courier will be contacting me to deliver, however it seems to be CCI that is not delivering. I've since spoken to a Chris and twice to Carino Mckenzie as well as their manager Charmaine with no avail! Is this some ****...? PLEASE advise!</span></p>
