Rude agent!!!!

<p>Listen to me!! If you get abused by people not wanting your or your customers services (Telkom mobile) then you do not take it out on customers that have the decency to greet you in a friendly manner and politely advise that they are not interested.</p> <p>I wish I had your name lady but await call back from CCI or Telkom as I am livid. You are officially the reason why call centres will no longer get the same treatment from me.</p> <p>As an Exco member in a very large multinational company, we were opting to outsource our call centre to a Durban based company, but guess again!!! Learn some manners you rude ***!!!</p> <p> </p>
