Pathetic service at Vodacom CCI

The customer care service at CCI (Vodacom) is non-existent. Managers say that they will return your call and follow up for you, but you are the one chasing after them. I would not recommend doing business with them. Hopefully someone with clout will view this review and restore my confidence in Vodacom, but I am not holding my breath.
