Mislead by CCI South Africa Agent (Jonothan)

I would just like to inform everyone of CCI South africa which mislead me into Subscribing to another MTN contract when he know damn well I already have an account with MTN and that I am currently eligible for and upgrade, He first started talking about promotions and I told him I am not interested since I am always on wifi, I told him i don't want to upgrade since every time I upgrade the contract just keeps going up which I understand if you take a better phone, I told him then If he can get me the Huawei mate P10 pro on my current contract for a good price I will consider it. He then said he will check on the system and that they have that phone in stock and it will cost me this much and then I told him see that is a good price, We then proceeded and then he started talking about the promotions again and I started losing my patience and told him just give me the promotion which was an additional simcard with Data on for R30/Month since I have been a customer with MTN for a long time. He then started to do the finalization of everything and asked me am I aware that I am signing up for an additional contract where I stopped him and asked him what he exactly means by this and asked him is this just an upgrade on my current contract (that he knew of) or another contract he then said Its just an upgrade, told him to proceed again he told me am I aware that this is an additional contract again I stopped him to ask him for the second time is this just an upgrade on my current contract where he rep**** yes sir. Now everything is done they couriered the phone and I received the phone. MTN keeps calling me I am still eligible for an upgrade I told them but someone did call me already in regards with an upgrade where they could not understand and told me sir you have 2 new numbers linked under your account, This is when i realized that the agent i was speaking with from CCI was misleading and lieing to me when he god damn well knew I already had an contract with MTN, This is unacceptable from them.

The person that helped me was Jonothan how can you mislead someone and lie to them like this.
