I worked for this company and everything about it was terrible went for training for 2 full months moved departments unannounced Team leaders play with favorites during the night and don't work agents who have been there for long sleep all night agents who are liked by team leaders are always on ticketing and not taking calls

if you ask for any assistance they will tell you ( follow the guide ) meaning they too don't know how to respond to you and they have no idea.

gossip with operations manager about agents private lives.... it is just toxic i must say.
