Great Service

Good day, I have been with MTN SA for the past 15 years and I was at a point to close my contract because of the service I received ,it wasn't what I expected until I was assisted by the lady NELISIWE HLOPE from CCi ,is one of the call center for MTN ,She is the one and only Best Sales Assistance left in this world ,i don't think we still get such people who value clients and still follow up and make sure the client is happy,MTN SA will be at a Big loose without this lady ,NELISIWE HLOPE should be given a high top Management at CCi or MTN,She knows it al,well done i want you to know that I am not only just one of the clients who is impressed with your service and they is definitely the whole world out there looking out at you,only the best you have been,Regards Dominic Richards
