********** Sales CCI/Telkom

<p>I was accepted a sale through cci South Africa to purchase a wifi router at the cost of R138 for 24 months, I repeatedly asked them are you sure that is the price and they continued to asure me that it is, even the so called "manager" confirmed the sale... </p> <p>Great so my account was deducted with R99 stating it is registration fees and non refundable. After many called and waiting a month I finaly get my devisce with two simcard in as I was told. Tried it out and it didnt work. caleed them and nothing, called Telkom and nothing, called them again still nothing... I then went to Telkom in Canal walk for them to explain. The guy fixed it , only to find out that it is only a 1gig and NOT 10gig. At this point I was fuming but could do nothing as is was the weekend, first thing Monday morning I called CCI SA, and requested the call of sale demaded they sto my accou t as this os not what I was told during sale, they told me it will take a week. A week passed and nothing, I then called them back and they put me on hold and the person I spoke with was always busy. I then demanded results, the next day I was told that the salesman gave the wrong info and they are sorry and will collect the router the following Monday. I was collected and I made the courier sign a document stating I never used anything . ON the 20th of October my account was debited with a R209,20. Fuming agai. I told them its far from R138 and I cancelled the contract due to false sales, they apologised and mentioned nothing about giving my money back. I went to the vank and reversed payment. On the 15th November I bearly got paid and R,381.20 was deducted Now Im fuming and I called once again and told them to sort this out and pay back my money... Almost a week and I am still waiting...</p>
