Although my query with MTN has not been resolved after two long months. Thuthukile from the CCI customer service on behalf of MTN uMhlanga has shown true dedication as she has constantly followed up and has come to the table to assist ensuring good customer service. This was more wonderful as she was not the person who initially helped or offered me the service. Thank you for the exceptional customer service Thuthukile!
