Disgusting service

Cc who apparently logged my upgrade on behalf of mtn sent me the wrong device and to make things worse I’m being told I can’t just return the phone , I need to go through a process . I literally just got this phone 20 min ago but because I opened the box I can’t just change it . Did I ask for it no!!!
