Customer Care non existent

<p>If they ever phone you hang up as soon as you can. I upgraded on the 12 December 2016 and still do not have my phone. It's now the 2 February 2017. Empty promises and endless phone calls at my expense. I'm now paying for a contract I can't use cause I don't have a phone. Another company contributing to a near Junk Status for South Africa.... pity I have to pick a star....</p>
