Committing ***** by loading packages incorrectly

Do not, I repeat do not, do business nor take out any contracts via Cci and mtn. They are pathetic to say the damn least. I've been battling for 3 straight years with this pathetic institution and have now completely had it. Their staff are *********, untrained, No product knowledge at all and their hearing ability seems to be next to ZERO. I blame myself for upgrading a data contract with them knowing well enough what happened before. They do not input the upgrade correctly on the system and then you left with the problem of resolving it. STAY AS FAR AWAY AS POSSIBLE FROM THEM.
