CCI - Pathetic and Ripping Customers off with their LIES

Absolutely Pathetic Service, I was called in by a CCI sales agent offering me a data package that will be added to my main and only daily cell number. I asked her numerous times over the phone if this is an additional contract which she rep**** to as NO, but three days after i took out the data package with CCI, i received a new sim card, it was not RICA'd and so i went to an MTN store to assist, MTN support in store told me that this is an additional contract that CCI took out.

Being very furious, i called CCI 3 days after receiving the sim card to cancel the contract because according to law, i have to call within 7 days to cancel my contract with no payments made.

The CCI sale agent told me she will let management know and they will have to hear the phone conversation in order to see if i did know about it being an additional contract, to which i rep**** i am within 7 days of taking out this contract and i want it cancelled now.

Then she says that Management will call me after 21 days to confirm cancellation, to which is ridiculous because it must be cancelled immediately.

Please assist with this because i am one of many customers that has been taken advantage off.
