CCI Hoodwinked me!

<p>I was at MTN Montana, where I asked to upgrade. CCI phoned me and said they where MTN and they could deliver the iPhone 7 Plus (in January). IT NEVER CAME. MTN had to explain that CCI helped me.</p> <p>Hi Ashley (CCI Durban - agent for MTN)</p> <p>Your ref: UV ********** </p> <p>Thank you for confirming my discussions with CCI in the matter of never receiving my iPhone from you and my continued request for cancellation of the upgrade from the <br />17th January, <br />27 January, <br />8 February, <br />10 February and <br />today.</p> <p>Thank you for confirming that it had not been done and for your statement that you have this morning submitted the request through to MTN and you have requested that it be prioritised and further that you would send me a case number to me.</p> <p>MTN<br />I have spoken to MTN on the <br />8th of February ***<br />again on the 10th with the same reference<br />again on the 1st March 2017 at 14:17 (REF: ********** 52) where I was promised that the supervisor: Hleketa Shiringani would get back to me (never did)</p> <p>Nothing has been done.</p> <p>I am reporting this matter now to ICASA</p>
