This Company was contacted to perform interior decor work in my house. They were given full access to the house.

They supp**** various quotations which we accepted and which demanded 70 percent deposits before work was undertaken. 4 months later -April 2019 We realized very little had been achieved. We contacted the director who after much denial admitted she didn’t know what was happening on site. Her manager and laborers were frequently drunk on premises. She them fired them and let us with 90 percent of the work incomplete. We asked her to refund the monies paid. She instead sent damage materials which we had not chosen to be used. She then blocked us on WhatsApp and did not return emails or lawyer demands. We currently have all the wrong materials. Payments made -R300000 Damage to newly installed shutters50000 rand 270000 rand damages to the tiling , bamboo floors and replacement which we have to pay for . And she refuses to return our money .
