Good servicing of blinds
We got CCC Blinds to quote us for servicing and they took our blinds. Afterwards we read the reviews and got a huge fright and refused to pay a deposit. We panicked! They still serviced all our blinds, remained professional and responsive, and installed our serviced blinds as agreed and within three days. We were satisfied with the quality of blind servicing.

Good servicing of blinds

Poor Marketing Tactic
This company does not place their flyers in your letterbox. Instead, they tape them directly onto your outside sliding gate. When removing the flyer, the adhesive pulled the paint off our gate — and this is not the first time this has happened. If this is their marketing tactic, I would strongly urge others to be cautious. I have also noticed online that there are other unhappy customers who have actually used them.

Do not use Thys from CCC blinds !
Eventually supp**** blinds but of inferior quality for that price -- then disappeared with my awning cover, never to be seen again after I paid for it to be recovered ! Lots of excuses and downright lies !!! Smooth talker and very pushy ! Do not even go there !!!

Unprofessional Conduct and Breach of Contract by CCC Blinds
I am extremely disappointed with the service received from CCC Blinds. Their conduct has been highly unprofessional, and they have failed to honor the terms of our agreement, which constitutes a clear breach of contract. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the matter amicably, CCC Blinds has not delivered on their commitments. I've been waiting since 7th November 2025 for Thys to install 2 blinds. This is unacceptable for a company that claims to provide quality service. I urge CCC Blinds to take accountability and rectify this situation immediately. Customers deserve transparency, reliability, and respect—not broken promises. PLEASE DO NOT USE CCC Blinds, They take your money and disappear. They only specialize in disappearing with your money.
