UNHAPPY CLIENT
Early November of 2020 I took a loan with CC Loan in Bloemfontein. I withdrew 60% of the loan through Intekon FNB ewallet on 4 November 2020. Few days after this withdrawal, I received an sms indicating that my e-wallet facility is cancelled/blocked. I then went to CC Loan branch to enquire about the problem with the aim of rectifying the situation. The consultant called Intekon call centre since 8 November 2020 to rectify the situation and up to date nothing has changed. I have been calling FNB and spoke to different consultants who informed me to speak to CC Loan to either cancel my account and issue a new card or link my phone to the account as they can only check the account balances. Nothing positive came from CC loans since November 2020 because when I ask the consultant about what their managers are saying, the answer is that they should wait until the matter is resolved and by whom I don't know. I gave up to going to their branch late January 2021 and decided to pay back 60% of the money used with interest. I don't have a problem to pay what I have loaned but I am not in a position to pay 100% while I have used only 60% of the money. I think this is fair under the circumstances as the company itself cannot help me to resolve its internal paying system problem. I have to date paid almost the 60% and decided to stop their debit orders with my bank or change a bank as from tomorrow to cancel the future debit orders.
