Worst customer service EVER!!! (Please read).

I would love to give 0 stars but unfortunately I can't.

I have had zero pleasure dealing with CC entertainment.

On Wednesday,14th March, I purchased a Mortal Kombat Komplete Edition Steam code through bidorbuy.com from CC Entertainment. I received the code on Thursday,15th March, however the code is invalid and Steam tells me its a duplicate code. No problem yet, you know, these things happen.

I email Kethly(Operations Manager), the kind soul who emailed me the code, to advise her that the code does not work. She responds by telling me that she asked her manager for assistance. After a few hours, I decided to call in and I spoke to Jaun(General Manager). Jaun advises me to email him a screenshot of me trying to redeem the code and a screenshot of the error. Cool, no problem yet... You know, these things happen and I know that he needs some proof to show the vendor.

This is where things went downhill.

So on Friday, 16 March, they still haven't gotten in contact with me, I decided that Im going to email them again, highlighting my problems. I get no response until Monday,19th March, where Jaun then asks me to send him screenshots of the error.

At this point, I am ****ed as I have already sent screenshots and he doesn't acknowledge the time wasted or lack of customer service I'm receiving. So, I sent him the same screenshots while trying so hard to hold on the string of patience I have left.

I finally receive an email on Wednesday,21st March, from Jaun, containing a new code, and once again, no customer service. To my surprise, the code bounced again. :/ . They issued me with another duplicate code!!! I emailed Jaun back immediately, I was ****ed as **** at that point. I feel like Jaun and his company don't care about customers or customer service.

Today is Friday,23rd March, and they still haven't gotten back to me. This is all for a digital code. If they cared about gamers and customers, they would have made the effort to contact me to resolve this issue.

Solutions: This is as simple as issuing me with a proper code that is not a duplicate or invalid. If not, get someone from your company to purchase the game on steam and gift it to me. If you could do one of these two, this problem would have been resolved.

Not a single apology from their side. Pathetic from a company that prides themselves in "delivery of commitments to its customers and vendor partners and a culture of hard work and integrity, as well as to be responsible members of the community."(quoted from their website) ****ing lol

I never complain about things, but this ****ed me off. I should have bought the game directly from Steam or from one of the thousand vendors out there.

Please spend your hard earned money somewhere else.

Jayde
